What will be your job?
As a Senior Brand Manager you will join our dynamic, young and inspirational Nordic marketing team, where you will experience and work in a flexible and demanding environment.

You will work independently and lead on one of our key brands. You will be responsible for the brands Nordic success and act accordingly in all aspects of brand management.  The main responsibilities are:

  • Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies
  • Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
  • Understand and leverage deep consumer insights, finding inspiration within and outside the company and turn them into business.
  • Manage the marketing mix: portfolio, pricing, communication including ATL and BTL and you will manage the brands P&L.
  • Identify new growth opportunities for the brand
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Briefing and working directly with creative agencies to develop consumer communication, based on insight and brand positioning
  • Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
  • Manager the brand team (1 Brand Manager as direct report) and cross functional team management

You will have team responsibility of one person in Helsinki. You will be based in Solna near Stockholm or in Helsinki office and some travel will be required on a monthly basis.
Professional skills and competencies

  • Master Degree in Economics and/or Marketing
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience from marketing FMCG
  • Strong drive for results and leadership skills
  • Experience from Communication ATL & BTL
  • Experience from brand management: Portfolio, marketing mix, P&L
  • High sense of responsibility and ability of structuring multiple projects in a fast moving environment
  • Excellent communication skills

  • Enthusiastic, entrepreneurial and with courage to pursue own conviction
  • Fluent in English and Swedish / Finnish.
